Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- With tags and in original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, email us at graymancompanyshop@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions.
Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first—it won’t be accepted.
All approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Damages or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong order, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Exchanges
If you want a different item, simply return the original (within the return window), and once approved, use your store credit to place a new order.
EU Customers
If you’re in the European Union, you’re entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet all return conditions.
